Afraid, but hopeful.

Broken, but strong.

Beaten down, but still standing.

Striped of dignity, but noble and full of grace.

Ancient, but full of youth.

Doubting, but faithful and sincere.

Inconsistent, but unchanging.

Wounded but kind.

Forgiving and

forgiven.
